D\u00e9cern\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e dans un festival diff\u00e9rent dans le monde, ce prix accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une bourse de 30\u00a0000\u00a0euros est remis \u00e0 une femme cin\u00e9aste.
